Americans Get Expanded Gun Rights, Democrats Stunned Silent

During a rally this week at the Georgia Capitol, Republican Governor Brian Kemp reaffirmed his drive to make his state the 22nd constitutional carry state in the country.

The Georgia Recorder said that Gov. Kemp while speaking at the rally said “I have said before this session was ended it is my goal as Georgia’s gov. to fulfill my pledge from the campaign trail back in 2018 to see that a law is finished and over the finish line and sign to make constitutional carry legal.”

Mark Walters, the Armed American Radio host, spoke about the rally and mentioned Kemp’s support for constitutional carry, saying he was “a governor who in my estimation had the most pro-gun gubernatorial race I have ever witnessed in my lifetime.”

Walters said, “Kemp is a governor who only some days ago is making this state, with his signature, the 22nd constitutional carry state in the country.”

The Georgia rally was supported by GA2A, formerly called Georgia Carry.

There are currently 21 states with constitutional carry in the Union. Those are: Arizona,  Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Idaho, Kentucky, Kansas, Maine, Missouri, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, Vermont, Utah, Wyoming and West Virginia.

Constitutional carry laws passed the Senate in Georgia and then went the state House two days before the rally happened. Georgia state Republican Congressman Rick Jasperse, a constitutional carry supporter, looked at the crowd and said he and his colleagues require those “positive people” to fill the committee room as the law starts to be considered in the state House.

This comes at a time when Democrats seem to have given up on gun control for now. But it is set in stone that eventually there will be a renewed push by the left to remove gun rights from Americans. When this new push arrives, the increased states with constitutional carry will make it much harder for leftists to succeed in their drive to disarm the American public. Of course, that does not mean they will stop trying! Democrats never stop doing what is worst for America.
