Democrats Create A New Agency That Proves They Want A Dictatorship

In an effort to combat “misinformation” on the internet, the DHS has established a Disinformation Governance Board.

Homeland Security Sec. Alejandro Mayorkas discussed the “recently established” governing board during a House hearing this week, calling it a tool that would aid in the reduction of domestic threats to the U.S..

According to a report from Politico’s Daniel Lippman, the team will focus on Russia and irregular migration.

According to reports, Nina Jankowicz, a fellow of the Wilson Center, will be in charge of the board and has posted her official government portrait on social media.

She announced, “The cat’s out of the bag: here’s what I’ve been doing for the past two months.”

The new board, she claimed, was established to “maintain the Department’s promise to protect privacy, free speech, civil rights, and civil liberties.”

Conservatives swiftly condemned Jankowicz’s involvement in downplaying data from Hunter Biden’s laptop in 2020, calling it “certainly a Russian influence operation.”

Jankowicz has consistently pushed for social media control and regulation.

During a House Select Committee on Intelligence hearing in October 2020, Jankowicz spoke about the perils of misinformation and conspiracy theories on the internet and how to end them.

“Disinformation is a danger to democracy,” she declared, blaming the government and social media platforms that “have all but abandoned their duty to combat domestic misinformation.”

Jankowicz called for Congress to start spending more government money on a “robust public media” and work towards a global campaign against misinformation during her testimony.

She praised Twitter’s efforts to silence users during the 2020 election and urged more internet firms to follow their lead.

“Twitter is the greatest illustration of a platform going in the right direction in this regard, but greater transparency and equity around its enforcement of these policies would be beneficial in the political environment in the United States,” she added.

This all proves that Democrats want a dictatorship and they won’t stop until they get it. Their primary tactic is of course censorship of ideas they don’t like. They do this because they know their ideas are terrible and nobody believes them without thorough indoctrination at school and through hollywood.
