According to the New York Post, while conducting business transactions abroad, Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden did not register as a foreign agent.
Biden has been accused of a crime that could land him in jail, according to recent reports. Biden was registered as a current lobbyist for domestic interests but was not registered with the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), according to the report.
Biden also may face charges relating to income tax violations and not telling the truth about illegally buying a weapon, according to reports.
It was reported by Breitbart News on Wednesday:
“The investigation, which has been going on for years and has been the subject of months of discussion among Justice Dept. officials, also focuses on Joe Biden’s family’s international business activities while he was vice president. Hunter met with Biden about 30 times at either the White House or the vice president’s homes at the Naval Observatory during those years, according to Hunter’s laptop.”
Meanwhile, law professor Jonathan Turley discussed the FARA issue, noting that “the recent disclosures of more foreign contacts have only bolstered what was already a solid case.”
Indeed, the overwhelming evidence for a FARA charge has become indisputable in recent weeks, according to Turley.
In 2015, Hunter met with the Crown Prince of Yugoslavia and his wife, and they requested that he convey a request for funds from his father to help restore their palace in Belgrade.
“If Hunter communicated the request for US government assistance, that would be a registrable FARA event,” said Craig Engle of Arent Fox Schiff.
In April, Breitbart News senior contributor (GAI) Pres. Peter Schweizer said that Joe Biden was at the heart of Hunter’s legal problems.
“This started out as a Hunter Biden tale and has evolved into a Joe Biden narrative,” the author of Red-Handed: How American Elites are Getting Rich Helping China Win wrote. “He is in the middle. The planet on which the Hunter and James Biden moons orbit is him.”
This month, Breitbart News revealed that Biden had a hand in his family’s business transactions at least 13 times in nine years and detailed those events.
