Trump Makes A Request Biden Can’t Refuse (Without Revealing His Corruption)

Donald Trump, a former president, filed a petition asking for an impartial assessment of the records taken from Mar-a-Lago in the FBI search of his house earlier this month.

“Law enforcement serves as a cover for Americans. It should not be utilized as a tool for political ends, according to Trump’s move. Therefore, in the wake of an extraordinary and unnecessary raid on Pres, Trump’s Florida residence at Mar-a-Lago, in Palm Beach, we request judicial help.”

The court is asked in Trump’s Motion for the Judicial Oversight and the Additional Relief to appoint a Special Master, stop the FBI from reviewing the materials it has taken until after the Special Master is chosen, require the government to produce a more thorough property receipt, and order the return of any items confiscated that were beyond the purview of the search warrant.

Following the Mar-a-Lago search, a property receipt was made public, although it mainly lists innocuous goods like “Miscellaneous Top Secret Papers, Leatherbound package of documents,” and “Several classified/TS/SCI papers.”

Just a few days after, Trump said he that he would file a Fourth Amendment motion “concerning the unlawful Break-In” of Mar-a-Lago.

Trump said on Friday that “my rights, as well as the rights of every American, have been abused at a degree never before seen in our Country.”

Trump stated that the FBI requested that Mar-a-Lago personnel turn off the home’s security cameras during the raid in a statement issued after his lawyers filed the application. Trump said that the FBI stole his passports and used a “safe cracker” to get into his personal safe.

Additionally, Trump denied allegations that any secret materials were taken by the FBI.

Trump said, “We are now requesting that the Dept. of “Justice” be told to immediately STOP the study of papers that were unlawfully taken from my house. ALL papers have already undergone declassification.”

In addition, Trump said, “We are requesting that the DOJ be ordered to provide a REAL, and with no “plants,” inventory of the property that was stolen from him and to reveal its current whereabouts. We demand the immediate return of all objects that were unjustly removed from my house.”

“This Mar-a-Lago Break-in, Search, and Seizure was unconstitutional and illegal, and we’re taking all necessary procedures to get the papers returned, which we would have provided to them without the need for the heinous raid on my home, so that I may transfer them over to the National Archives until they are needed in the Donald J. Trump future Presidential Museum and Library,” the statement reads.

Trump said, “I will never stop defending the people of America, the Rule of Law, and our nation. “Restore America to Greatness!”

Trump appointment Judge Aileen M. Cannon of the United States District Court for the District of Southern Florida was given the case.

Trump v. U.S. Government, case number 22-cv-81294-AMC, is pending in the Southern District of Florida’s federal district court.
