The DHS is secretly moving illegals around the country from Laughlin Air Force Base inside Texas, a leaked email shows.
During a Tucker Carlson segment, Fox News host Tucker Carlson spoke about a leaked email from Lt. Col. Matthew Burrows to the team at the base, an email that was leaked by a whistleblower.
“Over the next few weeks months you might see passenger aircraft moving undocumented non-citizens,” the email said. “In partnership with the DHS and the DOD, Immigration and Customs and Del Rio Border Patrol will be using the runway to move undocumented non-citizens using a Boeing 747.”
“Do not take photographs and do not post anything on the internet. If you are asked about it, refer them to public affairs,” the email ends.
Carlson then stated that the Pentagon confirmed the authenticity of the message, revealing that spokesman Chris Mitchell “said the flights from Laughlin were non-citizen movements, part of what he said was U.S. Immigration Enforcement’s mission. He informed us to direct any more questions to ICE.”
Later on, Tucker read a comment he got from ICE showing the purpose of migrant movements through the base.
“On June 17, a Memorandum of Agreement was signed by the DHS and DOD,” the statement started. “On June 29, ICE Air Operations used Laughlin Air Force Base according to the agreement, to move non-citizens from CBP custody into ICE custody. After June 29, around 780 non-citizens were transferred through ICE Air on six ICE Air flights.”
“Partnership with federal partners allows ICE to move non-citizens humanely and safely to ICE offices where the right level of supervision and custody will be decided. ICE Air performs southwest flights which move migrants from the CBP to ICE.”
Carlson ended by saying the comment leads to more questions about how DHS utilized federal funds to move migrants into other types of custody.
“What more military resources are being used to do this, an operation that most Americans know nothing of, did not give consent for, that Congress has never voted for, and which is obviously illegal,” Carlson asked.
