Obama Demands New Mandatory Internet-Filters

In an interview with Buzzfeed News, former President Barack Obama said that government regulation and control over the web can stop a “demand for crazy” by stopping what he called incorrect information.

At an event held by the University of Chicago’s Institute of Politics and the Atlantic, President Obama spoke with editor Jeffrey Goldberg.

“I do believe that there is a market for crazy on the internet that we have to deal with,” said Obama. “Regulation and industry standards are required to address this issue,” he added.

According to Obama, the spread of misinformation is a serious problem in the United States, and those who claim that President Joe Biden did not win the 2020 election are guilty of participating in conspiracy theories.

He said, “a concerted effort to either promote fake information, hide real information for the sake of political or financial gain, increase power, silence others, target those you don’t like.”

From 2010 onwards, he alleges that smartphones have accelerated “the erosion of accountability norms and standards in political life.”

He claimed that the media is no longer limited to television, radio, and print. We have seen a major change in terms of how people communicate with one another through social media. The existence of social media has allowed language to “spread and accelerate,” putting those who disagree with medical viewpoints on immunization policies into a delusional group.

According to him, roughly 40% of the country believes that the current president was not really elected and that the election was rigged. He also called vaccines for coronavirus a “medical wonder” that had been clinically tested by more than a billion people and said it was 90 percent effective in preventing severe illness in healthy people.

Of course the truth is that Democrats want to control the narrative. In fact, they are desperate to control what people talk about online. They understand, at least at the leadership level, that they have nothing to offer and in fact, the world they want to create is one that will be miserable for the average American. Especially white Americans who will be discriminated against and likely targeted in increasingly shocking ways.
